Coping Skills
Coping skills are the tactics that people use to deal with stressful situations. Managing stress well can help us to feel better physically and psychologically and impact our ability to perform our best. Coping usually involves adjusting to or tolerating negative events or realities while trying to keep our positive self-image and emotional equilibrium. Coping occurs in the context of life changes that are perceived to be stressful.
